As someone in his mid-40s the Gnarly Collagen is probably the most important thing I take prior to my workouts. I try and take it about 30 minutes before going to the gym and it really works to make my muscles and joints feel lubricated and ready/able to maximize my workouts. It has quickly become a "must have" to ensure I'm taking care of my body physically. Also, it's also one of the few, if not only, Collagens I've found with Zinc in the ingredients.
